Basically there is no need to worry as you will get to approve your figurine/s after the first round of sculpting, AND at every stage after that. You'll be getting email updates on the progress of your figurine. One of our quality control checks is that we won't continue work until you do approve your custom figurine.

There's no real point of having a personalized figurine if it doesn't look like you! But please understand that MiniMeGifts.com's figurines are meant to be fun.

And the fact is, with ANY sculpture around the world whether it's in an art gallery or in Madam Tussauds Wax Museum you will never get 100% likeness.

Our expert artists will make as many changes to your personalised figurine until you are completely happy with it!* (delivery time will be extended to cater for any changes made)

* You can make as many changes as you like to your figurine/s in the first round proofing process. Just make sure you mention all your requested changes in your first round email otherwise any future requested changes will incur a $6 fee per change.

Can I return my figurine?
We're not happy unless you are. As part of the MiniMeGifts.com guarantee, if for any reason you think your figurine is not up to scratch up to 30 days after receiving it, you can request a refund. Just send your figurine back to us in the same condition your received it and email us a short message why. It's that simple.
