Where countries do you deliver to?

Your figurine will be delivered by EMS. Every day, EMS serves their already established and continuously growing network of over 200 countries and regions which links the world. They are a very experienced delivery company that's been around for a while and we have found them to be very reliable and value for money.

EMS also has special relationships with many of the postal networks around the world which give them preferential treatment for deliveries.

How much is shipping?

You might be wondering how much it's going to cost you... Don't worry it's not going to cost you $50-60 like it normally would for typical express tracking service. We've bit the bullet and will be shipping worldwide for only $15 per figurine with EMS!

If you're wondering how this is possible, we've negotiated a great price with EMS and we have also decided to absorb some of the cost because we know that once you've bought your first figurine with MiniMeGifts.com you'll be back for more.

How long will it take to get delivered to me?

Just to be on the safe side, I'm going to say that it will take 4-5 business days to arrive to you anywhere in the world. But usually it's quicker than this (please note that if your figurine gets held up for customs clearance, it may take a little longer).

Why we are using EMS

We wanted you as our customer peace of mind when having your figurine delivered.

That's it plain and simple.

While we did consider using the local post service as an option, it was decided that it just isn't good enough for you.

We were also sick and tired of "losing" customers figurines in the post. Although this didn't happen often, it was often enough to make us want to pull our hair out and declare that it was the last draw. So it was decided that all figurines would be sent via the global courier, EMS.

This means you don't have to worry about your figurine arriving in one piece, or getting lost. The reason for that is you get online tracking so that you can see where it is in the world the moment it leaves our studios in China or Hong Kong.
